Mrs. Shelly M. Haynes, 94, of Georgetown, Mississippi, was born March 21, 1931, to Roosevelt Haynes and Laura Mae Owens. Mrs. Haynes, a loving and kind sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, transitioned peacefully on March 7, 2026, at her home surrounded by love.
