Obituary For John Daye
John Anthony Daye, 58, departed his life on July 11, 2016. He leaves behind his dear wife Ann T. Daye, one daughter, one son and daughter-in-law, and one granddaughter. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 18, 2016, at 12:00 pm at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Bahama, NC. Visitation from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Jesus focused his attention on the grieving mother, who was likely walking near the bier that carried the body of her dead son. The account says: âWhen the Lord caught sight of her, he was moved with pity for her, and he said to her: âStop weeping.ââ With a gesture of authority, he âtouched the bierâ and brought the crowd to a stop. (Job 14:14, 15) His Word, the Bible, gives us a wonderful hope, namely, the prospect of living in a paradise on earth and seeing the resurrection of our dead loved ones.
