Mother Mattie Jewell Craig, 82, departed this life on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, Georgia.

Celebration of Life services will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 4003 GA 300, Oakfield, Georgia 31772.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Meadows Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
