Betty McLain, 81, passed away on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, in Bowie Texas.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st, at 11:00 a.m. at the Stark Home in Bowie.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Cindy Stark and husband Larry of Bowie; son Joe McLain Jr. and fiancé Andrea of Granbury; grandchildren, Joe McLain III and wife Lindsey of Floresville, Laramie Stark and wife Heather of Bowie, Brett McLain of Floresville, Blake McLain and wife Samatha of Granbury, and Jordon McLain of Dallas; great-grandchildren, Kenzlie, Emery and Ember Stark, Caden Joe McLain, Libby Jones, Kaseton McLain, and Jax McLain; and several nieces and nephews.
