In Loving Memory of Karen Word

We honor and remember the life of Karen Word (October 3, 1952 – March 5, 2026), a cherished mother, family member, and friend whose presence brought warmth, kindness, and love to all who knew her. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of her life on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Coney Funeral Chapel, 647 W. Memorial Blvd., Lakeland, Florida. The public viewing will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 10:00 AM.

Following the service, interment will take place at Caballero Rivera Woodlawn South Cemetery in Miami, Florida on Saturday, March 28,2026.

Karen’s life will forever be remembered for the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the lasting legacy she leaves behind. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her. 🕊️
