Nina Mae (McCollum) Copeland was born January 5, 1940 in Durham, North Carolina to the late Arthur Bethea and Sarah Allene McCollum Owens. She transitioned from this life on Monday, March 16, 2026 at Duke Regional Hospital.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, April 4, 2026, 12:30 pm at American Cremation & Funeral Service. The family will receive friends at 12:00 noon.
