John T. Owen Jr, 71, passed on January 21, 2017. He is survived by one daughter, Tamatha Owen-Toney (Christopher), one grandson, Charles Stewart, III; two brothers Bobby Owen (Luetta) and Alvin Owen; one sister, Mary Green (Willie), one niece, Verneva Owen-Harris and a host of great-nieces and nephews. Service is Saturday, January 28, 2017, at 2:00 pm at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home.
