Ms. Carolyn Lee Smith departed this life on March 20, 2017 at the age of 69. Carolyn was born in Durham, NC on July 15,1947 to the late Eugene and Louise Smith. She is survived by her children Chantina Smith and Derrick Smith , grandsons Adrian Smith, Eric Smith, and Keyon Green, and great-grandchildren Ziyah and Adrian Jr. Funeral service will be Monday, March 27, 2017 at Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church , 801 Colfax Street, at 12:00 noon, visitation 11:00 am.
