Hazel Smith, 89, of Memphis, TN passed away on March 11, 2026 at Memphis, Tennessee.
Hazel was born on October 25, 1936.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 4:00pm-6:00pm at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Home (Walnut Grove) in Memphis, TN.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 12 noon at New Direction Chapel at 5777 Winchester Road in Memphis, TN. Burial will take place at Elmwood Cemetery.
