Mr. Sam E. Brown, son of the late Samuel Brown and Annie Bell Cain, entered into rest Wednesday. March 18, 2026, in Piedmont Hospital of Augusta.

Sam is survived by his children, Duane (Valencia) Brown, Alvin Brown, Velma James and Valerie Brown; sister, Bernice (Paul) Brooks; grandchildren, Jerry L. (Tanisha) Brant, Tydell Williams, NeCola Brown; great grandchildren, Mya, Nahla and Lyric Brant, nieces; Carmela (Gregory) Wilson and Phyllis (Felton) Terrell, Senita Rodgers; nephew, Corey Williams and a host of other relatives and loving friends.

A memorial service will be 11:00 am, Thursday, March 26, 2026, at First Ebenezer Baptist Church, 2040 Ebenezer Drive.
