Mother Elouise “Gussie” Thomas Fleming, widow of Samuel “Pop” Fleming died Monday, March 23, 2026 at her residence 9764 Lynches River, Rd., Lynchburg, SC. She was born July 26, 1932 in Lynchburg, SC. A daughter of the late Enoch and Roxie Johnson Thomas.

Public viewing will be held 2PM til 6PM Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning, SC.

Celebration of life will be held 11AM Monday, March 30, 2026 at St. John United Methodist Church, Lynchburg, SC. Burial will follow in Chandler Cemetery Lynchburg, SC.

The family is receiving friends 4PM til 7PM at her residence daily.
