I'm sorry to hear that you are grieving the loss of a dear loved one. May you find comfort in the words of: 'Nahum 1:7  which reads: 'Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of those seeking refuge in him.' Yes, our Loving God gives us comfort if allow him. He also has made the sure promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15; Psalms,37:9-11,29). This is not just a mere dream, but is a certainty because Issues 55:11 tells us that everything God says he accomplishes without fail (Isaiah 55:11). What Joy it will be to welcome back to life our loved ones! Find out more about this resurrection online at JW.ORG

You have my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious little son, Kamari.  While you are grieving, I hope you will find comfort from the Scriptures and the accounts about young children who passed away and restored back to life by the prophets, Elijah and Elisha(I Kings 17:8-24: II Kings 4:8-37) the apostle Paul(Acts 20:7-12)and Jesus Christ when he restored a young girl back to life, just imagine the parent’s joy. And when he saw a funeral procession of the only son of a widow; he approached the bier, touched the young boy and restored him back to life.(Luke 7:11-15;.Luke 8:49-56). Just imagine the joy when Jesus in the near future, resurrect and restore millions back to life on the renewed Paradise earth and you are reunited with your loved one. Until then, may GOD (Psalms 83:18)grant you peace and comfort now, during this time of sorrow.-John 5:28,29; Luke 23:43; Matthew 5:4.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of your loved one. Please know that God see's the pain death causes us. That's why I find comfort in Isaiah 25:8 knowing that our Heavenly Father promises to end death forever. I hope this beautiful promise brings you the peace it brings me at times like this.

Just wanted to share this poem I wrote in memory of Kamari. My prayers are with all of his family and friends. In Memory of Kamari Munerlyn I turned on the news and was saddened at what the reporter said A little 7 year old boy riding in a car was shot dead What did he do to deserve such a fate? Nothing of course; just was in the way of hate A family is now lost in pain and grief How could this happen – still in disbelief Time spent swimming at the pool enjoying a fun afternoon But living in our world to violence this child was not immune We will cry with and attempt to comfort family and friend If I could have but one wish it would be for hate and violence to end This innocent little boy should never have died Whatever good he would have given this world has now been denied As a community did we fail this little one? Was there more to prevent such violence that we could have done? These are serious questions we must ask Workable solutions toward ending such events we must unmask This sad and tragic event happened to us all A promising part of our community has taken a fall Nothing we can now do will restore young Kamari’s life But we can springboard from this event and aggressively fight violence and strife ©Kent Fletcher June 4, 2017 In memory of Kamari Munerlyn who tragically died from a senseless act of violence on June 4, 2017 in Durham, NC

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. Death is such hard thing to cope with, but especially trying when they are so young like your loved one Kamari. Psalm 127:3 says that children are an inheritance from our heavenly Father. You can be assured that a truly loving God would not dare bless you with such a gift, only to take it away from you. God hates death as much as we do, and has arrangements in place to reverse its effects in the future (1 Corinthians 15:26; Isaiah 25:8; John 5:28,29). While we await God's promises, know that He is 'close to the brokenhearted. He saves those who are crushed in spirit' (Psalm 34:18).

As time pass in the words of Richard Hooker, the British Theologian ~~ Think of your child, then, not as dead, but as living; not as a flower that has withered, but as one that is transplanted, and touched by a Divine hand, is blooming in richer colors and sweeter shades than those of earth.
