Mrs. Lois Mae Day Boone, daughter of the late Robert L. and Ella Allen Day, was born December 3, 1943 in Person County, NC. She departed this life August 12, 2017 at UNC Medical Center, Chapel Hill, NC. Funeral service will be at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 2438 S. Alston Ave on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 12 noon, visitation at 11:00 am.
