Kendrick Earl Daye was born on September 23, 1971 to Gloria McCall Dillard and Earl Thomas Daye. He departed this life on September 17, 2017 in Durham, NC. Preceded him in death is his maternal grandparents Robert and Leona McCall, paternal grandparents Robert and Ella Daye. Cherishing his memory, one daughter Kendra Daye, sister Kimberly (Kevin) Moore, brothers Kenneth (Felicia) Thompson of TN, Kevin Thompson (Durham NC) , Earl Daye Jr. (of GA); uncles and aunts Robert (Portia) McCall, Bobby (Margaret Ann) McCall, Alexander McCall, William Markham , Sammy McCall, Franklin Boone Sr., James Daye (Cynthia), Hazel McCall, Deloris McCall, Angela Marie (Benjamin) Tyson. Elizabeth (Al) Willis, Linda (Alvin) Bullock, Joyce (Bobby) Wilburne, and Brenda Daye. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, September 24, 2017, at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home, 5:00 to 7:00 pm. A celebration of his life service will be on Monday, September 25, 2017, at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home at noon. Following the memorial service on Monday, September 25, 2017, there will be a repass at American Legion, 406 E. Trinity Ave, Durham NC 27701.
