Katie Mann

Passed 03/31/2026

Katie Mann, 81, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and devotion that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Born into a simpler time, Katie carried with her the values that shaped her life—kindness, humility, and an unwavering commitment to family and faith. She was a woman whose presence brought comfort, whose hands were rarely still, and whose heart was always open.

Katie found her greatest joy in caring for others. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and welcome, where meals were prepared with love and shared freely. Whether through a home-cooked dish, a gentle word, or a quiet act of service, she made people feel seen, valued, and at home.

Her faith was the foundation of her life. She lived it daily—not only in church, but in the way she treated others, in her generosity, and in her steadfast belief in grace and compassion. She was a guiding light, an example of what it means to live with purpose and to love without condition.

Katie treasured traditions and brought people together, creating memories that will be carried forward for generations. She had a special way of making ordinary moments feel meaningful, and her influence reached far beyond her home, touching everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Edward Mann; her sisters, Jessica Minor and Louise Crouther; her son, Jonathan Mann and her cherished grandchildren, along with extended family and many dear friends whose lives she touched.

Though she has departed from this world, the love she gave and the life she lived remain a lasting gift. Her spirit endures in every shared meal, every act of kindness, and every moment of faith she inspired.

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.

Katie's life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026 in the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with viewing and visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and burial in Paxtang Cemetery.
