Memorial Services for Mr. Oscar Lee Mitchell of Decatur, GA are incomplete and will be announced at a late date.

Mr. Mitchell is survived by his devoted wife of 41 years, Marcia Mitchell; five children; and one grandson. He dedicated over 30 years of service to Atlanta Public Schools and also worked for 27 years with the City Schools of Decatur.

Mr. Mitchell found great joy in deer hunting, fishing, and gardening—pastimes that reflected his love for the outdoors. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
