Ms. Rosa Bell Goddard Ash, 99, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh, NC. She was the daughter of the late King Goddard and Cora Byrd Goddard. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, on May 25, 1926.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with burial in Webb Memorial Lawns. The reception of family and friends will be held from 1:30 until 2 p.m.
