Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Madison Chapel, respectfully announces the passing of Ms. Mattie Belle Lowe of Rutledge, Georgia. Ms. Lowe transitioned peacefully at her residence, surrounded by the love and presence of her family.

A public viewing and visitation will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The Madison Chapel, located at 1086 Ward Road, Madison, Georgia 30650.

A Celebration of Life honoring Ms. Mattie Lowe will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, 336 East Main Street, Rutledge, Ga. 30663. Pastor Moses Little will serve as the eulogist for this service.
Interment and committal will follow at the church cemetery, as family and friends gather in love and remembrance to lay her to rest.
