Maudree was born on May 31, 1936 to Albert and Minnie Malone in Somerville, Tennessee. Maudree McGhee, 89, of Memphis, TN passed away on April 8, 2026 at her home in Memphis, Tennessee. She is survived by two sons, Carl McGhee (Katie) of Bartlett, TN and Ronnie McGhee (Deborah); five grandchildren; her mother, Minnie Malone McGhee; and two sisters, Frances Williamson and Florence Adams (Clyde). She is preceded in death by her father, Albert Williamson. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 17th, 2026 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes (Walnut Grove) in Memphis, TN. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the St Stephen Baptist Church with officiating. Burial will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery.
