Mary Elizabeth Foye,74, was called to rest on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

Her Service is 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Mt. Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, James City. Interment will follow in the Meadows Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Louis Williams, Vanceboro, NC; five daughters, Yolanda Bradshaw, Vanceboro, NC, LaKesia Register, Durham, NC, Morricka Foye, Norfolk, VA, Mia Miller, Kinston, NC and Kameshia Foye, Kinston, NC; three brothers, David Lowry, Charlotte, NC, Calvin Williams, New Bern, NC and Randy Williams, Vanceboro, NC; sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
