Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Portis will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 1:00PM at Ebeneezer Baptist Church with Rev. Blaine Rankin, officiating.

Mrs. Portis, 72, was a cook at a local restaurant and also a caregiver. She passed at her residence on Thursday, April 16th. She leaves to cherish her fond memories, 1 son, Michael Portis of Meridian, MS; 2 daughters, Victoria Portis of Meridian, MS and Brenda Jones of Houston, TX; 4 sisters, Shirley Little, Janett Roach and Connie Jones all of Decatur, GA and Tanya Banks of Waynesboro, MS. She also leaves 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026 from 6 - 7:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Sumter Community Memorial Cemetery 939 Nat Jones Road in Emelle, AL. Enterprise Funeral Home has been entrusted with her final arrangements.
