Francisco Farano, lovingly known as Larry Spinelli, passed away on April 17, 2026, at the age of 78.

Larry later made his home in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he settled in 1999. He was well known in the community as the owner of a Temp Agency called Italpe Leasing and his car dealership where he also did work as a notary, earning the respect of many through his dedication and strong work ethic.

More than anything, he was a man full of life who truly enjoyed the finer things which showed through his love to travel, dance, and sharing a drink with family and friends. He took great pride in his appearance, often seen dressed sharp and wearing his signature fedora. Gifted and intelligent, he spoke five languages and connected with people from all walks of life. Above all, Larry was deeply loved by his family and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will always be remembered as a kind and hardworking man who left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Rosanna Spinelli; his six children, Sandra Cepeda, Giuseppe Farano, Mario Farano, Denise Farano, Erica Farano and Francesco Farano; along with 23 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, all of whom will continue to carry his memory forward.

Larry’s presence and spirit will be deeply missed.

His life will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 in the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton.
