Tyrone DeCano Halsey, 58, passed on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Memorial service will be on Friday, October 19, 2018, at West Durham Baptist Church, 1901 Athens Ave, Durham, NC 27707, at 12:00 noon, visitation 11:30 am.
