Deacon Julius Junior "Toby" Foote 79, of 5528 Woods Ferry Road Carlisle, SC passed away on Wednesday April 22, 2026, at his home.

Funeral service was held on Monday April 27, 2026, at 2:00pm at Fairview Baptist Church, Carlisle, SC Chester, County, Rev. A. Jermaine Jeter officiating., Rev. W.W. Thompson Eulogist. Burial followed in the Church Cemetery. Viewing 2-6pm on Sunday April 26, 2026, at King's Funeral Home, 135 Cemetery Street Chester, SC.
