Bishop Clarence J. Flowers, Jr., 85 passed Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at CarolinaEast Medical Center, New Bern, NC.

The family will receive guests at the UPHC Rocky Run Annex beginning Saturday-Tuesday from 4:00 - 7:00 PM.

His Funeral Service his Noon, Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Undenominational Pentecostal Holiness Church, Historic James City Community, New Bern.

The Interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

Bishop Flowers is survived by his sons, Jasper Flowers, Jerry Flowers, New Bern and James Leonard, Lakeview, SC; daughters, Linda Majette, Cove City, Barbara Mitchell, New Bern, Carolyn Toone, Cove City, Claudia Taylor, Fayetteville, Michelle Hickman, Patricia Bryant and Sophia Flowers Jones, New Bern; sister, Emma Sconyers, New Bern; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
