Obituary For Bridgette Elmore

Bridgette Michelle Elmore was born February 20, 1973 to Johnny Lee and Shirley Hollis Elmore. She was formerly married to Jerry Hackett. Ms. Elmore departed this life peacefully on Sunday, February 24, 2019.

She graduated from Spartanburg High School and attended Spartanburg Community College.

Bridgette was very fond of children and was previously employed at Southern Shops Daycare and Kindergarten.

She was a member of the United House of Prayer for All People where she was a member of the Adult Usher Board and sang with the Bailey Newcomers.

In addition to her parents, she leaves to cherish loving memories to: her sons, Sterling D'Angelo Hackett and De'Marcus "Isaiah" Thompson; her step-daughter, Lakea (Christopher) Noel; her step-granddaughter, Parker Noel; her sister, Karen Elmore Adams; her sister-cousin, Bernita (Gary) Foster; her special nephew, Darryl Adams, Jr.; her maternal aunt, Maxine (Allen, Sr.) Robinson; her maternal uncle, Michael (Patricia) Hollis;her paternal aunt, Minnie Anderson (Glenn) Faison; her special family friend, Marva Bunche; and a host of nephews, aunts, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of the Life of Bridgette Michelle Elmore will be held today, Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the United House Prayer for All People, 660 S. Church St. Ext., Spartanburg, SC. Apostle D. Styles will officiate. Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens, 3901 S. Church St., Roebuck, SC.

The family is at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmore, 514 Caulder Ave., Spartanburg, SC.
