Catherine George Kearney,71, of Havelock died Friday, May 1, 2026.

Her service is pending at Piney Grove AME Zion Church.

The entombment will follow at Piney Grove AME Zion Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Jesse Kearney Jr.;sons, Troy Carlton Kearney, Florida and Jesse Kearney III, (Frances Kearney) Havelock, NC; sisters, Alice Marie George, Havelock, Carolyn Brimage, Havelock, NC, Marilyn Davis, Greensboro,NC; brothers, Reverend James Moore, Greensboro,NC, Bobby George and Harvey George, New York,NY; four grandchildren.
