A Celebration of Life will be held for Ms. Valerie C. Brown on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Services Chapel, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa with Brother Alfred Williams of Belmont Heights Church of Christ, eulogist. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.

Valerie C. Brown was born to William Brown Sr. and Gladys Brown in Tampa, Florida December 17, 1971. Valerie received her education in Hillsborough public schools and was an employed with Quest Diagnostics for over 17 years as a laboratory technician. She loved being a mother, going to the movie theater and music. She attended the Highland Avenue Church of Christ. On Saturday, November 24, 2018 she entered her eternal rest.

She was preceded in death by her mother Gladys Josephine Brown, aunt Ethel I Everett and uncle Calvin L. Jackson, Kenneth Bludsaw.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories: Children: Varshawna Black, J’akeecia Villard and Jean P. Villard Jr.; Father: William Brown Sr.; Brother: William Brown Jr.; Sister: Sonia R. Brown-Wynn; Nephews: Charles Wynn III, Devin C. Wynn and Travis D. Wynn; Nieces: Rikeisha S. Wynn-Huggins and husband Michael A. Huggins, En’Dea I. Brown, Rikalia S. Wynn-Ford and husband Tre Ford; 13 Great Nieces and Nephews: Uncles: Benjamin Bludsaw Jr., Horace Bludsaw, George Bludsaw, Kenneth Brown, Melvin Brown and wife Lanita and Anthony Brown; Aunts: Evelyn Williams, Shirley Johnson and husband Eddie, Linda McCollum, Ronita Durant and Jackie Taylor. Best Friend Connie Hines and a host of cousins and other sorrowing relative and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018, 6-8 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa. Family and Friends are asked to assemble at the chapel on Saturday no later than 1:45 p.m.
