Phil D Hill, 85, of Memphis, TN passed away on April 17, 2026 at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Phil was born on March 13, 1941 to William Hill and Phyllis Williams in Parkin, Arkansas. He married Mehalee (Gladney) Hill.

He leaves to cherish his memory sons, Deon Hill, Cardale Hill, Micah Hill, Gregory Hill, Daughters, Patricia Hill-Montgomery, Felecia Hill-Jones, and Stacy Hill-Harris, and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. The family will celebrate his life privately.
