It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Gertrude Dunk.

Gertrude Dunk, 85, passed away Monday, May 4, 2026.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A. M. Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church, 108 Henderson Road with burial at Oakland Cemetery.

Viewing will be from 12:00 (Noon) to 6:00 P.M. Friday, May 8, 2026 at Strong & Jones Funeral Home.

Survivors include three sons, Theodore Brown (Kimberly), Bishop Earl Brown and John E. Brown; step-daughter, Nancy Dunk; one brother, Lewis Williams Jr. (Mary); one sister, Florine Littles (Leroy); 10 Grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
