Ruby Mae Whitehead Williams, 69, a native of New Bern, transitioned to her eternal rest on Monday, May 4, 2026.

She is survived by her daughters Lorina Noble and Ebony Boller both of New Bern; brothers, Jessie Whitehead, Charlie Whitehead, Troy Lee Whitehead (Patricia), Samuel Lee Dawson; sisters, Margie Chilsom, New Bern, Lucille Brimmer, Charlotte, Vernell Johnson (Scottie), New Bern, Maebell Mewborn, New Bern, Evelyn Whitfield (Mike), New Bern; one grandchild; two great grandchildren.
