Obituary For Jacqueline Mundy

Jacqueline "Miss Jackie" Mundy, 91, of S. 13th St., Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Sunday, February 24 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital. She was born in Dunellen, NJ, daughter of the late Adam and Edna (Draper) Ward, retired from ARC, Inc., a member of Bethany A. M. E. Church and in her leisure, enjoyed cooking, crocheting, knitting and puzzles. In addition to her parents, Miss Jackie was preceded in death by her son, Russell "Sam" Mundy; her grandson, Sean L. Mundy; her siblings, Carol "Cookie" Yates, Richard and James Ward and leaves to celebrate her life, her daughter-in-law, Saundra "Sandy" Mundy; her grandson, Lorne S. Mundy; her granddaughter, Ashley C. Mundy; her sisters, Thelma Hodge and Phyllis Ward and a host of great grands, great-great grands, other relatives and friends. Miss Jackie' life will be celebrated on Monday, March 4 at 12 Noon in the Sanctuary of her Church, 912 S. 21st St., Harrisburg, with viewing 11:00 a.m. until Noon and burial in William Howard Day Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Ministry of Comfort of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton.
