David Martin Moore, 45, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on April 30, 2026 at his home in Phoenix, Arizona. David was born on March 19, 1981 to Raymond and Hattie Pearl Prince Moore in Memphis, Tennessee. He is survived by his father, Raymond Moore Sr and five siblings, Therese Maria Moore of Memphis, TN, Raymond Moore Jr, Regina Madelyn Moore, Joseph Anthony Moore, and Paul Edward Moore. He is preceded in death by his mother, Hattie Pearl Prince Moore. Memorial services will be on Friday, May 22nd, 2026 at 12:00 PM in the St Augustine Catholic Church 1169 Kerr Ave Memphis, TN 38106.. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery following the service.
