Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Madison Chapel, announces the passing of Mr. Everette Johnson of Atlanta, Georgia, formerly of Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Johnson peacefully transitioned at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, surrounded by care and comfort.

A Celebration of Life Service and interment honoring Mr. Johnson will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2026, 11am at Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, 1791 Mount Zion Road, Buckhead, Georgia 30625.
