It is with our deepest sympathy to announce the passing of Ms. Devonda Adrianna Sands 48, on May 9, 2026 in Miami, Florida. Ms. Devonda was a beautiful and vibrant person. She had a smile that would brighten a room but had a sternest when it came to talking about life and how to carry yourself. She will be greatly missed by her children, siblings and relatives and friends.
