Christopher Je’Torrey Jackson, age 32, departed this life May 14, 2026, in VCU-Community Memorial Hospital, South Hill, VA. He was also preceded in death by a brother- Lamar Shell and his uncles- Clyde Simmons and Anthony Joyner.

At an early age he was baptized at Temple Gate RZUA Church. He was a 2012 graduate of Central High School, Kenbridge, VA.

His employment included Virginia Marble, Wal Mart, and lastly Dollar General Store, Kenbridge, VA.

In his spare time, Christopher enjoyed playing games, laughing, having fun and spending time with his son, Asher in which his life revolved around him.

Christopher leaves to mourn: his son- Asher Jackson and his mother- Courtney Clapper of the home; mother- Arlene Simmons (Eric Shell), Victoria, VA; grandmother- Joan Simmons, South Hill, VA; two sisters- Adrianna Shell and Harmony Shell, Victoria, VA; brother- Jamar Shell, Victoria, VA; aunt- Gloria Simmons, and a host of other relatives and friends.
