Official Notice of Earthly Transition

It is with heartfelt sorrow and compassionate remembrance, we announce the earthly transition of: Ms. Constance Lashell Jacobs, of Hinesville, Georgia, formerly of Lakeland, Georgia.

Ms. Jacobs was born on Friday, March 1, 1957, and departed this life on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the age of 69. Her life has left a lasting impact upon all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though her earthly journey has ended, the memories she created and the lives she touched will remain forever cherished.
