Carol Brathwaite Burnside, 79, of New Bern was called to rest on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

Her funeral service is 3:00 PM Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Drive New Bern, North Carolina.

She is survived by three sons, Bennie Burnside and Michael Burnside, Kissimmee, FL, Robert Burnside, New York, NY; two brothers, Clement Braithwaite and James Braithwaite, New York;fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
