SUMMEY, HERBERT ROGER, In loving memory of Herbert Roger Summey J.R. of Bowdon Georgia.

Jr was born October 30, 1963, he passed May 8, 2026. He was born to Herbert Roger Summey Sr and Vera Ann Senn. He is preceded in death by both his parents and stepparents, Herbert Roger Summey and Patricia Ann Briggs and Vera Ann Senn and Grady Phillip Page.

J.R. was a very strong and hardworking man, all his life all the way until the end. He was always telling stories some even made up, that would have you question if the sky was really blue or not with a straight face.He was a very quiet person until he knew you. But for the ones he loved he had their back all the time! He made sure he had a joke or something funny to say especially to get his fiancé to giggle. He always loved with his whole heart. If you needed some skittles or a fresh butterfinger, he always had them. He loved with his whole heart always.

He has left behind his loving fiancé, Linda Bryant of Bowdon Georgia. His sisters Patrina Mashburn of Powder Springs Georgia, Phyllis Hansen of Mableton Georgia, Shannan Summey of Marietta Georgia, Barbara King of Rome Georgia and Pamela Summey of Carrollton Georgia and his brother Anthony Summey of Bowdon Georgia. His brother-in-law John Mashburn of Rockmart Georgia. He also lefts behind nieces Cassey Summey Hardman of Douglasville Georgia, Kayla Gullekson of Rockmart Georgia, Amanda Barbaree of Villa Rica Georgia, Fayth Mashburn of Rockmart Georgia, and nephew Kyle Mashburn of Powder Springs Georgia. He also has several great nieces and nephews and a great great niece. Who will all miss him very much
