MEMORIAL: A Memorial Service honoring the life of Mrs. Linzell Billop will be held at her home at 236 Davis Lane, Carthage, MS on Saturday May 30, 2026. The services is scheduled from 2pm to 3pm. A celebration of life will be held from 3pm to 6pm. Please join the family in honoring the life of their love one.
