Mr. Charles "Mouton" Mouton, Jr.

Charles Mouton, Jr., affectionally known as Mouton was born March 1, 1957, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Charles Mouton, Sr. and Jean McClodden Mouton. Mouton was a graduate of Blytheville High School class of 1974 and was a retired employee of Denso Manufacturing in Osceola, Arkansas. Mouton was a dedicated and faithful member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, where he sang in the choir, was the self-proclaimed director of transportation and dutifully served as a deacon at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Following his retirement from Denso, Mouton became the caregiver for Mr. Oscar Ford.

Mouton was an avid Arkansas Razorbacks fan, who also enjoyed watching “Game of Thrones” in his spare time.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Mouton, Sr., Mrs. Jean Mouton Campbell, and loving wife, Shirley Smith Mouton.

Those left to forever cherish love and memories his sons Charles Mouton, III of Memphis, Tennessee; Pastor Chavis (Alyncia) Spann of Blytheville, Arkansas; Sherrell Buckley also of Blytheville, Arkansas; Ty Luster of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and Deon Mouton of Blytheville, Arkansas, his daughters, Deitress (Chad) Stewart of Blytheville, Arkansas; Trinket (Mareco) Edwards of Roswell, Texas; Catrina Evans of Memphis, Tennessee; and Tiffany Mouton of Blytheville, Arkansas; his brothers, Carl Mouton of Little Rock, Arkansas; and Charles Douglas (Barbara) Mouton of New Orleans, Louisiana; two sisters, Dr. Cabrina Campbell (Kim Olson) of Wallingford, Pennsylvania, and Charlene (Bernel) Norman of Houma Louisiana, close family friend, Mrs. Faye Maxine Ford of Blytheville, Arkansas; 20 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, his Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Family, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 19, 2026, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 920 South Lake Street, Blytheville, Arkansas.

Celebration of Life Services are scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Prince of Peace Church, 501 East McHaney, Blytheville, Arkansas. Pastor Tim Rogers will deliver the eulogy, with interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
