Nellie “Pearlean” Epps Lowery, 95, widow of John Hazel Brown, died Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, SC. She was born August 15, 1930 in Clarendon County South Carolina. A daughter of the late Johnnie Epps and Hattie Abraham Epps.

The family is receiving friends at her residence, 1162 Hwy 527 Subdivision Rd., New Zion, SC.
