Sarah Fisher Sawyer, 92, of Vandemere, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Her funeral service is pending at St. Peter MB Church. Interment will follow at the Sawyer Family Cemetery

She is survived by one son, Clinton Sawyer; four daughters, Virginia Simmons, Brenda Sawyer, Barbara Sawyer-Nobles and Bernell Gaskins; two sisters, Odessa Jones and Alberta Banks.
