Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Reginald T. Starks, will be held Saturday, June 20, 2026, 12:00 NOON at The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1879 Glenwood Avenue, Atlanta, GA., with remains placed in repose at 11:00 A.M. Reverend Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr., Pastor, Reverend Billy E. Church, Eulogist. Interment, Kennedy Memorial Gardens, Ellenwood, GA.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Octavia Starks, LaKendra McDowell Starks, of Jonesboro, GA.; 2 sisters, Anna Jabri Stovall, Alexa Taylor Starks, of Jonesboro; grandmothers, Vivian Carter Evans, of Cleveland, OH., Annie Starks, of Atlanta; his uncles, Bernard Starks, Kary Starks, Lopez Starks, all of Atlanta, and Donald McDowell, of Detroit, MI.; as well as a host of other loving relatives and friends.

-To honor his memory, in lieu of flowers, his family has established the Reginald T. Starks Memorial Scholarship Fund at the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta to benefit students in the Atlanta area who, as he did, pursue their dreams and participate in collegiate marching bands.-
