Born on November 29, 1953, in Augusta, GA, he was the beloved son of William Hoover Utley and Eddie Lee Utley. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, Lamar will be remembered as a hardworking, family-oriented man who left an indelible mark on everyone he met.

Graveside service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Bottsford Spring Baptist Church Cemetery, 2154 Seven Oaks Road, Waynesboro, Ga.
