TYLER--A celebration of life for Mr. Charles Shackelford, 74, is scheduled for 1 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2026 at North Star Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Hopewell Community Cemetery under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co. Visitation will be Friday 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
