Mrs. Betty Jean Rayford, 90, of Jackson, Mississippi, was born on February 6, 1936, to Isiah Cousin and Hattie Mae Cousin. She departed this life peacefully on Monday, June 22, 2026, at her home surrounded by the love of family and friends.
