Sarah Ruth Smith, 78, of Cordova, TN passed away on June 23, 2026 at her home in Cordova, Tennessee. Sarah was born on November 24, 1947 to Lee and Erma Louise Brown in Columbia, Mississippi. She is survived by her husband Clinton Douglas Smith Sr and two children, Latasha Smith-Emeri and Clinton Douglas Smith II. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Erma Louise Brown. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 11th, 2026 from 10:00 am - 10:55 am at Cummings Street Baptist Church 8800 Winchester Road Memphis, TN. Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 11th, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Cummings Street Baptist Church. Burial will take place at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
