Garland Franklin Williamson, 83, peacefully entered eternal rest on Father's Day, a day that beautifully reflected one of the roles he cherished most in life. A devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, uncle, and faithful friend, Garland leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, wisdom, and service.

He dedicated many years of committed service to the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department before retiring, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and community members alike. Garland's warm smile, gentle spirit, and unwavering dedication to his church, family and community touched countless lives across generations.

His presence brought comfort, strength, and joy to all who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, his love, lessons, and lasting impact will continue to live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and his legacy will endure for generations to come.
