Otto was born on April 9, 1948 to Otto White and Cora Bell White in Memphis, Tennessee. Otto Bell, 78, of Memphis, TN passed away on June 22, 2026 at his home in Memphis, Tennessee. He is survived by his spouse Doris Jean Bell (Otto) of Memphis, TN; two children, Kevin Bell and Joyce Bell; and five siblings, Shirley Gonzales, Gloria Farrell, Patricia Kelly-Craig, Gerald White, and Peter White. He is preceded in death by his parents, Otto White and Cora Bell White. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026 from 10:00 am - 10:55 am at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes 2944 Walnut Grove Rd. Memphis, TN. Funeral services will be on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Home 2944 Walnut Grove Rd. Memphis, TN 38111. Burial will take place at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
